IanRobertson.Coach supervision support is for coaches, counsellors, care staff, social workers, teachers, community workers, therapists, and medical practitioners. Over my years in practice, I have found that much too often, support and supervision, is very task or case focused and not nearly enough about the person.

As someone put it, we cannot not communicate, we cannot not influence others, and we cannot not change other people’s states so, how are we doing these things? Supervision, or super-vision, is about how we explore this, taking, a first person, second person and third person point of view, to expand our understanding of our interactions and relationships.
