- Dalai Lama
Ever since I was a child, I wondered about how I could find ways to feel more comfortable in my own skin! How I might develop more confidence and connections with others. How I could find ways to develop more compassionate and self-compassionate. More harmony, balance, self-awareness, resilient and contentment.
As a result of decades of study, I created IanRobertson.Coach to share with individuals, teams and organisations, what I have developed and as a result improved my quality of life.
Key areas that I invite a focus on, in a very holistic way are physical health and resilience, emotional health and resilience, mental focus and resilience and also feeling that we are all part of something bigger than ourselves, such as family, friends, communities etc. This is often called, purposefulness, connectedness or for some, the spiritual dimension in life.
As has been mentioned in other pages, I have an extremely varied range of trainings, certifications and practical experience to offer you an eclectic mix that you can draw from to provide you with bespoke strategies for improvements.
Drawing from therapies such as HeartMath, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, NLP, Positive Intelligence and Transactional Analysis, my approach is very much a coaching, facilitative one, where you are always in the driving seat, and I am your co-pilot or navigator, helping to signpost you towards your desired destination.
In 2023, I completed an Inner MBA programme, which was an immersive nine-month journey, working with thought leaders, entrepreneurs, conscious CEO’s, neuroscientists and wisdom teachers, this has been transformational and has given me even more tools to “look within, go beyond.”
The programme was developed by, Sounds True, Wisdom 2.0 and LinkedIn, all of which are ethical and well-respected business, making a positive difference in today’s world.
If you want to discuss facilitation any aspect of wellbeing and what I can offer you just get in touch with IanRobertson.Coach for a free confidential consultation. I will then follow this up with a no-obligation proposal and quote.
